How We Do It
Ron Spencer Real Estate uses multiple forms of promotion to find buyers and sellers to engage with our client properties. Many tried and true methods—such as print advertising and yard signs— still work well, but we largely rely on our knowledge of today’s online multiple listing systems (MLS) as they’ve become one of the most effective ways to help our clients engage with the market.
Using a comprehensive digital tool set, we work hard to connect buyers and sellers online, and when our clients need that extra edge, our extensive referral network created from almost 50 years in real estate can provide that extra info often needed for a successful transaction.
